Three treasures of the Beishaolin Quanmen system

  • Forms - Sets of movements that are the repository of techniques, tactics and strategy of the style. Practising forms makes the body strong and flexible, a basis that Small Golden Bell and Iron Palm build upon.
  • Xiao Jin Zhao Zhong (Small Golden Bell Cover) /SGB/ is an integral part of the Beishaolin Quanmen system comprised of 17 core skills and several ancillary skills. Some of the ancillary skills include, but are not limited to the following: iron fist, iron arm, iron leg, iron foot, and iron head. This "iron body" skill results in greater tolerance to physical attacks, dramatic health improvement and is the basis for curing others with Qi.
  • Tieshazhang (Iron Sand Palm) is the third essential skill of Beishaolin Quanmen. By special conditioning of the palm, one achieves, among others, the ability to deliver soft, yet very powerful strikes or heal others with Qi.
