(Eagle claw style). This combination of Yingzhao style and Fanzi boxing (tumbling boxing) soon became quite popular. Fanzi Yingzhao Quanmen is characterised by swift movements and a wide variety of Qinna techniques.

There are over 30 hand sets in the system. There are sets in the canon of Fanzi Yingzhao in our system and also regional sets. The following core 10 sets are taught as the most important:
